Accident claims personal injury compensation website

UK accident claims service

Most people that come across our site are seeking general advice about whether they might be able to make a personal injury accident claim.

You might have been injured yourself or you may be enquiring on behalf of a relative. Ideally you want some straight answers to some obvious questions. Quite rightly people are wary of pressing on with a claim when they know very little about the process or the costs.

There is also a commonly held view that with all the recent compensation horror stories - it may be more trouble than its worth. Well lets put some facts your way and let you decide whether or not to proceed with your claim.

Accident claim information

First things first - lets clarify what you should be looking for at this stage. The priorities should be:

First and foremost you want to incur no expenses in pursuing your accident claim.

Secondly you want simple, straightforward legal advice.

You want an immediate view on your case prospects.

Are you likely to win 100%, 50% or nothing at all?

You want to know what timescales are involved (ie: how long to settle?)

You need to know if your compensation is paid 100% or if you "lose" a proportion to pay certain fees.

Finally you may want to how much your compensation award is likely to be.

These are honest questions and fortunately we can provide some honest answers.

Some useful facts:

You have 3 years to make a claim for personal injury. This date runs from the accident and in real terms means that you have to sue the other party before the three years expires. There are some exceptions to this rule.   In England & Wales - because of the No win No fee rules which are now law - you should be able to pursue any genuine claim AT NO COST.

Our helpline advisors are all experienced people who will tell you the moment you call whether you have a claim. We will also indicate your likely chances of success.

Most soft tissue personal injury claims settle within 6-9 months. The more serious the injury the longer a claim is likely to take.

As for how much compensation you will receive - well at this early stage there is no answer to that question. But as a general rule your case may fall into the brackets discussed on this page. The information will give you some idea of what awards can be expected.

We deal with claims in a very straightforward way.   We have a team of legal advisors ready to speak to you NOW. We don't pass you over to another firm or another legal representative for you to start the whole process again.

We do not charge any costs at any time in England & Wales.   We do not deduct anything from your award.   Why? Because there is absolutely no need to take any of your well earned compensation.

If we win your accident claim - we get our costs paid in full by the other party's insurer   If we lose the case - and winning is never 100% guaranteed - we accept that you will owe us nothing in costs. We take that risk.

If you think you may wish to make a compensation claim or simply want to know more about what is involved, just complete the brief form below.

Our team will respond to all written enquiries within 1 hour 8am-8pm.   For immediate assistance:

Unfortunately in Scotland the rules that govern Civil claims are very different and we cannot guarantee that no fees will be paid. However we do operate a unique NO WIN NO FEE service north of the border.

We are happy to speak to you about a claim anywhere in the UK.     UK accident claims advice - free personal injury accident compensation claim service
